Playtech Partners with Responsible Gambling Council to Promote Safer Gambling Practices and Digital Well-being

Playtech has teamed up with the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC), a global leader in gambling technology. The RGC is a top-tier international organization focused on preventing, raising awareness of, and researching problem gambling. This collaboration seeks to enhance industry knowledge to promote safer gambling practices, mental well-being, and digital health. This marks the first time that safer gambling and digital well-being have been linked together for research purposes.

Playtech will utilize its expertise and experience to aid the RGC in combining thought leadership, research, and evaluation programs to examine the connection between mental health, digital well-being, and gambling. All research and evaluations will benefit from the RGC’s comprehensive perspective, working with regulatory bodies, operators, treatment providers, and the gambling community worldwide. The RGC is an independent non-profit organization with over 35 years of experience in problem gambling prevention in Canada and globally.
