Christopher Reedy Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Butler National Corporation
Butler National Corporation has elevated Christopher Reedy to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
To enhance organizational efficiency, the company’s governing board established the COO position and selected Reedy, who has acted as the company’s secretary since 2005. Reedy contributes extensive experience to the role, having formerly held the company’s Vice President and Corporate Secretary titles. He has been employed by Butler National since 2000, fulfilling various roles within the organization.
Reedy’s proficiency encompasses both of Butler National’s primary enterprises: specialized management solutions for the gaming sector and specialized aircraft customization. This is particularly significant considering Butler National Services, a subsidiary, obtained an agreement to deliver management services for the Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, Kansas in 2008.
As COO, Reedy will report to the CEO and supervise shareholder interactions. All directors of Butler National’s operational subsidiaries will answer to him.

Reedy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
He possesses ample qualifications for the Chief Operating Officer position, boasting extensive experience in such a capacity. Mr. Ready contributes a distinct blend of abilities and expertise to Butler National Corporation.
