Catena Media Welcomes Öystein Engebretsen to Board of Directors

Catena Media shared that Öystein Engebretsen will become a member of their Board of Directors, taking over for Anders Brandt who has resigned to concentrate on different obligations. Engebretsen will fulfill the remaining duration of Brandt’s tenure, extending until the subsequent Annual General Meeting. He presently holds a position on the Nomination Committee representing Investment AB Öresund, the second-largest shareholder in Catena Media (although he was not engaged in the selection process for this particular role).
