The Scandinavian gaming company, Bethard, has partnered with Enteractive to transform registered but idle players into active funders and revitalize dormant profiles through individualized telephone communication.

This strategic alliance will allow Bethard to utilize Enteractive’s transformation and retention methods to enhance their current client relationship management (CRM) capacities. The ultimate aim is to reawaken players with inactive profiles across both their .se and .com platforms.

This joint effort will involve focused initiatives aimed at two primary goals: converting enrolled players who haven’t yet made a payment and reviving lapsed player profiles.

Enteractive’s distinctive, player-focused communication style is anticipated to be crucial in optimizing the revenue potential from Bethard’s inactive player group.

Their exclusive (Re)Activation Cloud technology system will integrate seamlessly with a designated player database. This will empower representatives to have one-to-one, customized dialogues with players in their native tongue across diverse target demographics.
